Our legal framework is a key factor reinforcing currency of the system.

Pharmaceutical companies (Sponsors) and health information providers (On-distributors) who use our services are, at all times, committed to making sure only the very latest medicines information is available to the end user.

• Sponsors keep us completely up-to-date with all modifications made to the PIs or CMIs;

• We distribute the CMIs and PIs in accordance with timeframes established, and agreed on, with Sponsors;

• Health information providers keep the data they distribute current;

• We have agreements with Pharmacy Software Vendors mirroring those we have with Sponsors.

Having established agreements with all parties, we can assure not only currency but also the widest distribution in the marketplace.
