Our People

Our team has more than 60 years' combined experience in the management and delivery of medicines information. We are a tight knit team with the majority of us working together for many years. At least half of our people were involved in the first electronic distribution of CMIs to the point of dispense in 1995. We have extensive experience and knowledge in the application of Quality Assurance methodologies and processes, Online Storage and distribution technologies, Medicines Information Management, and the healthcare industry.

We are active members of the Electronic Distribution Working Group (EDWG), which provide ongoing input and guidance about developments and policies for the electronic distribution of medicine information in Australia.

We strive to ensure our services are developed and continuously improved through extensive industry and client consultation, and we are always interested in your feedback.
